More About Sober Coaches/ Recovery Coaches
With such a diverse need for services, our Recovery Coaches can work one-on-one with a client on an hourly basis for a specific event or appointment or services can be substantially increased to a daily, weekly and monthly support system for those seeking more reinforcement.
Services are provided in all 50 states, as well as internationally. Along with the presence of a trusted Recovery Coach or Sober Companion, we can also provide progress reports, work in conjunction with treatment centers and schedule clinical oversight with our own Psychotherapists and Psychiatrists.
Our team of experts include the assistance of a Board Certified Physician, Defense Attorney, Mental Health Attorney, Nutritionist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and other professionals from various fields.
Each team member’s goal is to provide the highest standard of care and promote successful long-term recovery. We work directly with our clients to re-engage in a favorite hobby, sport or interest in order to develop and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Replacing drug-using activities with constructive and rewarding non-drug-using activities is an essential component of our philosophy. Adhering to a balanced approach for daily living, we strive to bring alignment to the lives of those we serve.
We further realize and understand that no two people or situations are alike. Every potential client brings a unique set of circumstances, level of addiction and exposure to recovery.
Recovery coaches trained professionals with a deep understanding of the stakes involved and unique opportunity we are afforded to help you or your loved one. Client’s, family members, agents, doctors and the like typically call for our assistance after someone has been to treatment, detox or rehab, especially when someone wants to further ensure their recovery or there’s a history of relapse and mental health concerns.
Upon returning home, stressors and triggers will be present, so having a qualified professional nearby improves the outcome that following through on a treatment plan will be bolstered and relapse will be exponentially weakened. Common pitfalls many encounter when engaging or re-engaging back into their lives are significantly reduced and recovery is amplified as the recovery coach or sober companion picks up where rehabs and treatment centers leave off.

There are three primary types of Sober Coaches/Recovery Coaches
Sober Escort/Recovery Escort: Is someone who gets a client from point A to point B and usually isn’t needed for more than a 72 hour period.
Recovery Coach/Sober Coach: Is someone who generally spends a certain amount of time with a client on a daily or weekly basis to reinforce their recovery. Coaches are dynamic individuals that have the ability to work with various disorders. They provide much needed mental health recovery support to address coping skills and many life challenges. Their encouragement is profound. A coach may also be brought in to attend a specific life event such as; an awards dinner, family or business engagement, etc
Recovery Coach: Is someone who can also be with a client 24 hours a day, 7 days a week lasting anywhere from one month to one year. They can do something called shifting or step down phases where the coach will do five days on – two days off – and other coaches are rotated in. Their assistance is so helpful that we encourage you to seriously consider having a sober/recovery help you as you navigate your recovery.
How much do these services cost?
Recovery Escorts or recovery transport rates are based on the location, logistics and type of travel assistance needed. In order to discuss the costs of this service, we suggest you contact us, as the rates vary according to what’s involved.
Recovery Coaches are usually paid an hourly rate and can range from $100 per hour to $150 per hour.
Recovery Coaches that live with their client for a period of time are $800 to $1200 a day. The longer the term – the lower the cost.
How does the whole process work?
The first step is for the client and/or authorized agent to contact us so we can discuss the situation and mutually decide what services would best fit the client’s needs. Every person receives an assessment and individualized plan that is designed to enhance their recovery and promote a healthy lifestyle.
How does a client get matched up with a recovery coach?
Pairing of clients with a recovery coach is based on gender, compatibility, type of disorder(s) and medical necessity.
When the recovery coach first arrives at their client’s home what happens?
Coaches are prepared to do a clean sweep of the house and safety proof the environment for the client. Every effort is made to ensure the client’s well being and overall health is protected, so removing substances, contraband or items that may endanger the client’s recovery are responsibly cleared away.
A schedule may also be discussed and immediately started so objectives, goals and an organized plan for structured daily living is achieved. The groundwork and relationship building occurs seamlessly as our recovery coaches are well suited for living and being in close proximity with their client.

Radaronline points out that Thompson’s reputation is golden, but he still is on the “inside,” nonetheless. One source maintains that Thompson wouldn’t risk such a prestigious career for Mueller’s sake: Said another source: “Carmine would never put his name on the line unless he could prove that the drug tests were credible.”
